Quotations and acceptance
An enquiry reference confirms that a request has been saved. It does not confirm a booking, collection time, vehicle, price or delivery date. Acceptance requires an agreed scope, total price and applicable approved terms.
Collection, packaging and access
The agreement must identify goods, packaging responsibility, access, loading and unloading arrangements, waiting time, recipient availability and any special handling.
Cancellation and failed delivery
Amendments, cancellation, waiting, storage, return and redelivery arrangements and charges must be disclosed in the accepted agreement. No fee schedule is implied here.
Liability, declared value and claims
Liability limits, exclusions, declared-value treatment, optional cover and claims procedures require approved terms. Entering a value in a form does not create insurance.
International and specialist movements
Customs, duties, permits, documentation, packing, environmental requirements and any subcontracted services must be allocated in the agreed scope.
Payment, disputes and jurisdiction
Payment methods, due dates, credit approval, dispute handling and applicable law must be settled in approved conditions before bookings are enabled.
