Enquiry forms collect contact details, journey information and the details needed to understand the request. Art assessments can include photographs and PDF documents. Avoid sending identity documents, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.
Purpose and storage
Submitted enquiries are saved in the site’s hosted database, with attachments in private object storage. They are used to assess the requested transport or account arrangements. Submission does not automatically send an email or book transport.
Service providers and cookies
The site uses hosted infrastructure supplied through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. No advertising or analytics integrations have been added. Platform access controls may use essential cookies. Temporary journey information can be held in this tab’s browser session.
Retention and requests
A formal retention period and verified privacy contact are awaiting operator approval. Use the Contact form for an access, correction or deletion request. Request handling may require verification of your identity; do not include sensitive identity documents in the initial message.
